Do I have to install anything on my ServiceNow instance?
No. Marlow is a Chrome extension that runs in your browser alongside ServiceNow. There's no scoped app, no update set, and nothing for your platform team to review or approve.
Whose AI key does it use?
Yours. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key — or point Marlow at your company's own OpenAI-compatible AI gateway. Your prompts and instance data go directly to the provider you choose; you control the model and the spend, and we don't sit in the middle warehousing it.
Is my data safe? Can Marlow do things I can't?
Marlow acts under your logged-in session, so it can only see and do what your own ServiceNow roles and ACLs already permit. Anything that writes or bulk-changes records shows a preview and asks for confirmation before committing.
Can we customize it for our team?
Yes. On Team and Enterprise plans, admins use the portal to set org-wide instructions, publish custom company tiles, and define your own personas — so everyone gets a consistent assistant. Marlow also remembers useful context across sessions with built-in memory, and each person can pin their own favorite prompts.
